The ground floor comprises a kitchen-dining room, a TV lounge, a small veranda, 1 bedroom with en-suite shower room and WC, and 2 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and shared toilets.
The first floor features a children's play area, 3 large bedrooms with shared bathroom, separate WC, 1 family room with private shower room and toilet.
For access to the first floor, the staircase is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
